This experiment is a side quest from another experiment. Long story short what was supposed to be another compound during a marquis test turned out to be 4-Aco-DMT. Sample was later dropped off and verified it was 4-Aco-DMT. Even though 4-Aco-DMT is prodrug for 4-HO-DMT I don't believe it is a 1:1 conversion once metabolized to 4-HO-DMT like 4-Po-DMT does. I suspect but cant prove 4-Aco-DMT may be slightly active as prodrug and may later convert on 2nd pass through liver into 4-Aco-DMT and may be causing the slight yellow hue that many report with 4-Aco-DMT. Anyway during the experiment 25mg was ingested orally of 4-Aco-DMT. Both a 650nm and a 488nm laser was used during the experiment. Code was observed during experiment but oddly was less in focus then i would experience with pure 4-HO-DMT or natural 4-Po-DMT. Which may add more wight to my theory about how it may be slightly less potent that its natural parent compound. I did post pictures of the experiment and the code viewed on an attached URL as with my other experiments at the bottom of this report. I don't have much else to report on this experiment because even at 25mg it really didn't have much insight other then what one would describe as a rather bland yet un-insightful typical mushroom trip and yet oddly lacking its insight and mystical qualities.
